Even though early June precipitation was above normal, the soil has quickly dried out.  There were a few episodes of blowing dust this week.  No rain is expected all next week with hot above normal temperatures continuing.  Plants are healthy for now due to the early June rain.  Fire danger is increasing due to the low humidity, dryness, and increase in wind expected next week.  Our water supply is adequate.
