Notes: |
Hail started with no preceeding rain; came from the easterly direction; the intesity of hail fall was deafening; the ground was completly covered. Hail pad is completely covered with indentations and has some torn areas of the foil. Once storm stopped at 5:17pm we left the house and discovered that the hail/precipitation stopped 600 feet to the west of our house. Looking back from Hwy 69 to Timber Ridge subdivision it looked very localized to this area and everything around it (N,S,E,W) was still dry and brown. |
