This hail report was NOT taken at my gauge location. My location during the event was roughly 26°11'38.6"N 81°42'24.0"W, in the 34116 zip of Collier County (Naples, FL). I was delivering mail, but I stopped to take a break at the first sound (then sight) of hail around my vehicle. There was very little hail observed and I concluded that the stones falling were no larger than pea size (1/4").
