Several storm events of tiny hail (smaller than rice size) between 3:15 pm and 6:15 pm. culminating in a preponderance of .25" hail which covered the bare ground with about the same depth at 6:30 pm. No leaf damage do to the fact that leaves have not come forth from the bear branches of winter. However the Alder trees around the pond have shed their pollen producing anthers which were knocked off the trees falling into the water. |
