Ringwood NJ St.Pats Parade was interrupted by sudden, severe rain, increase in wind and then hail. Parade kept going; 'and the band played on' but those in attendance could feel the impact of hail on exposed hands and spectators scurried for cover under umbrellas or pop up tents along route. Very dramatic storm. |
