Hail storm observed at Bear Creek Park East (Area SE of 21st St. and Rio Grande) in Colorado Springs. 1/4" - 1/2" hail from 2:06 PM to 2:14 PM, with hail lull until 2:20 PM when mostly 1/4" hail observed until 2:22 PM, all accompanied by very heavy rain. TSTM ended at 2:25 PM. Dramamtic increase in amount of water flowing in Bear Creek noted after the storm. |
