Large hail observed along the border of Kit Carson and Yuma Counties, 2-3 miles east of Kirk, 10miles WSW of Idalia. Storm stalled movement for a while and had a beautiful mesocyclone. Did not have cell phone coverage, so report not sent in. Other spotters with radios were able to relay reports to my knowledge. NWS LSR lists reports of hail from same area. |
