Notes: |
Mostly moderate to heavy rain but there were several pea sized hail stones. They were water coated and melted quick due to the rain. No known damage but I heard a few clanks on my stove vent from the hail. We were just east of the main hail core of the storm and the base reflectivity values were largely below 55 dBZ overhead. Correlation Coefficient values were a bit difficult to gauge but appeared mostly in the low to mid 90% range. The ZDR values were -0.1 to +0.6 dB briefly with KDP around 0. |
