I never actually saw any hail stones but could hear them and garden was damaged with leaves shredded and plants broken. It was raining so hard we could not see out and were trying to get windows closed. Standing wheat crop to our North and NW a half mile were completely destroyed and corn leaves shredded but not broken. Damages are less further north stretching to county line. Crops were also damaged to our west a mile or so with lessor damage of shredded leaves. The storm only lasted a couple minutes here at the place. |
