While the hail lasted 25 minutes, it was primarily during 15 minutes and tapering off to intermittent hail at the end. Rain was heavy, replaced by hail, then resuming with decreasing amounts of hail then all ppt stopping. All hailstones were (fortunately) small, about 1/4 inch. But there were lots of them and both hail and rain weres heavy. Total recorded ppt from the combination was .74 inches. |
