Notes: |
There were a few claps of thunder, then the rain and hail began to fall simultaneously. I did not have a hail pad but my front porch was almost fully covered by a layer of closely packed hail stones, either touching or around 1/4 to 1/2 to 1 inch apart, many of them in clusters with gaps between. The burst was over quickly. I cannot assess damage because it is dark and I really don’t want to venture out as the wind picks up. |
