Notes: |
I was attending a wedding in South Mendota, turned dark, strong wind, rain and hail hitting windows(report of pea size by people by doors)and lights dimmed. Upon leaving church drove through area of shredded leaves in street and limbs down. Reported to me, SW area of town had ground white with hail (pea size) and tree limbs down. My car showed no hail damage. Water standing in low areas and along road. At this station neighbor said wind, heavy rain and few pieces of pea size hail. I see no damage to plants/leaves. Station is on NW side of Mendota. Gauge 0.09. I am unable to accurately report any further damage at this time. |
