9 separate hail shows occured today beginning at 2:30pm-6:45pm the largest was a short fall 3 minutes of 1/4 inch pea sized hail. There was .2 tenths of an inch on the ground two different times melting and then the second shower lasting 13 minutes starting at 6:13pm covered the ground again. Air temp was 34.9f during hailshower. Ground temperature is 42.8f so most likely all will be melted by morning |
