Wife noticed hail falling on car while pulling out of driveway. I opened door and did not see any, just light rain - must have been a few very small stones. Freezing level is below 5000 ft on SPC mesoanalysis (e.g. RUC) and radar showed brief burst of maximum reflectivity passing over - flared up overhead, then dissipated. |
