I did not witness the hail storm, but noted the hail pad had tiny dents the next morning (Aug 6). Hail must have fallen during the rainstorm yesterday where our neighborhood got almost 2" of rain in 30-60 minutes (as mentioned by neighbors). This was a very localized heavy rainfall now that I look at the other station data reported for that day. It created a deep gully across our driveway and at least two neighbors had flooding in their crawlspace/first floor. |
