Notes: |
At 9pm roads/ground were wet, but not soaked or muddy. It happened while I was gone 6:45-9:15pm. My deck had 3/8" hail balls on it, in a state of melting (transparent in color); looking like a soup of hail, but could see some of the deck too. A small number were still whole and white; I picked up a couple of solid looking ones, and it was squishy; I could squeeze it down to half the size and it felt like a cotton ball (it didnt dissolve).=== Went out at 11:30pm and all snow was melted, and you could see dry parts on the deck (maybe a third dry), but the moisture that was there was ice. 41 degrees. The hail precipt. measurement was .04 |
