VERY FEW hailstones but sizable. Measured 5/8" ones lying in the grass, but again, VERY FEW. Could only see a hailstone now and then over a 2 minute period. Accompanied sudden very heavy rain with blue sky to the west and very very dark sky to the east. Temperature 70F. Rainfall 7:05-7:10pm: 0.03". We are right on the very edge of the storm which appears to be moving away to the east. |
