This was primarily a rain event. Most of the hail was aprox 1/2 size rice and seemed to be inside very large rain drops. For a few minutes before the end, there were a few pieces near pea size and shape that also appeared to be inside the rain drops.
FYI we had .59" rain in about 25 minutes that brought the temp from 74.2 down to 65.8 within about 15 minutes or less.
Also note that the heavy rain/hail began some 5 minutes after the severe TRW warning expired. |
